IMPEACHABLE? JOE BIDEN WAS ON “TWO DOZEN” CALLS WITH HUNTER’S BUSINESS ASSOCIATES – RECEIVED MILLIONS

Devon Archer, a former confidant and business partner of Hunter Biden, is expected to testify before Congress this week. The essence of his testimony revolves around a series of meetings between then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden’s foreign business associates, facilitated over speakerphone by Hunter himself.

Archer, currently facing a legal battle of his own over a $60 million bond fraud, will be appearing before the House Oversight Committee. He is anticipated to recount several instances when he was present as Hunter Biden invited his father, Joe Biden, into conversations with overseas business partners or potential investors. “We are looking forward very much to hearing from Devon Archer about all the times he has witnessed Joe Biden meeting with Hunter Biden’s overseas business partners when he was vice president, including on speakerphone,” said Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the committee chairman.

One such instance reportedly took place late in the evening of December 4, 2015, in Dubai. This was following a board meeting of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where Hunter served as a director with a monthly salary of $83,000. Archer, who was also a director at Burisma, is likely to recall how he and Hunter traveled to the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach after dinner with the Burisma board at the Burj Al Arab Hotel. They went to have a drink with one of Hunter’s friends when they were joined by Vadym Pozharskyi, a senior executive at Burisma.

According to Archer’s anticipated testimony, Pozharskyi requested Hunter to ring his father. Obliging, Hunter called then-Vice President Biden, put him on speakerphone, and introduced Pozharskyi and Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, as “Nikolai and Vadym.” Hunter also mentioned that the Burisma executives “need our support.” While VP Biden greeted the Ukrainians, he kept his words vague and filled with pleasantries during the call, as Archer is expected to detail further.

These interactions raise many questions. For example, what were the motives behind Zlochevsky’s urgent phone call with Joe Biden? Investigators in Congress are expected to delve into these areas. The timing of this call is significant, occurring just three days before then-Vice President Biden, who was the Obama administration’s point man for Ukraine, was scheduled to address the Ukrainian parliament, known as the Rada, about the “poison of cronyism, corruption, and kleptocracy.”

Interestingly, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin was investigating Burisma for corruption around this time. Within two months of this call, on February 2, 2016, Shokin would seize properties and a luxury car belonging to Zlochevsky. A month later, Shokin was dismissed from his role after a threat from Biden to withhold $1 billion in US aid to Ukraine.

“I looked at them and said, ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’” Biden later shared in a conversation with the Council on Foreign Relations. “Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.”

As Shokin’s investigation into Burisma accelerated, Pozharskyi pressured Hunter to intervene, as revealed by emails found on Hunter’s laptop. In an email sent to Hunter and Archer on November 2, 2015, Pozharskyi insisted that they leverage their influence to halt the investigation into Burisma.

These aren’t the only instances Archer will be speaking about in his testimony. Archer is also set to shed light on other speakerphone meetings, such as a dinner at a restaurant in Paris. Here, Hunter allegedly introduced his father over the phone to impress potential investors. This became something of a “party trick,” Archer is expected to say, which Hunter performed up to two dozen times.

Tony Bobulinski, another former business associate, also recalls Hunter offering to get his father on the phone during a business meeting. He shares, “I am also aware of other Biden family business associates confirming that Joe would take phone calls from Hunter in the middle of business meetings and would weigh in via speakerphone.”

Bobulinski further adds that Hunter was insistent that his father takes his calls at any time, regardless of legal advice or other forms of interference. Bobulinski expressed concern that the American public has yet to fully grasp the key role Joe Biden played in the Biden family’s global influence. He likened it to a chairman’s role in a traditional business structure.

The implications of these revelations are significant. As previously stated, Joe Biden has consistently claimed that he was not involved in Hunter’s overseas business dealings. However, these testimonies seem to challenge that assertion.

Recently, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released an FBI document detailing allegations from Zlochevsky. Zlochevsky claimed that he paid a $10 million bribe to the Bidens in exchange for the termination of Prosecutor General Shokin.

Furthermore, Archer will testify that the “big guy” mentioned in an email exchange between Hunter and Bobulinski about equity distribution of a business venture with Chinese firm CEFC was, indeed, a nickname for Joe Biden.

The evidence says that Joe Biden, then serving as Vice President, leveraged his position to assist his son, Hunter Biden, in soliciting payments from several business associates. Notably, his office was used to shield an organization that provided him with monetary gains. These findings raise significant concerns about the integrity of the office held by Biden at that time, potentially laying the groundwork for further scrutiny and consequential action. This is open and notorious corruption, beyond anything we have seen proven against a President in history.

Are these impeachable offenses? Does Congress have probable cause to start the proceedings to remove Biden from the Presidency?
