Her photo is at end of video <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KTLA?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@KTLA<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/d9ZXJB5kvz\">pic.twitter.com\/d9ZXJB5kvz<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Chip Yost (@ChipYost) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ChipYost\/status\/1701786512961269896?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 13, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Flames can be seen licking the ceiling as the fire rages in the middle of the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe thought it was a Halloween prop,\u201d Guillermo Santander told&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/ktla.com\/news\/local-news\/woman-arrested-for-setting-fire-to-target-store-in-orange-county\/\" target=\"_blank\">KTLA<\/a>. \u201cAll of a sudden the flame got bigger, so I started recording.
