Kennedy Jr. complained about the Democratic National Committee blatantly fixing its primary process and hinted he may run as either an Independent or Republican.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIt\u2019s pretty clear that the DNC does not want a primary,\u201d he said in a Forbes interview this week. \u201cI don\u2019t want to say that they want a coronation but that\u2019s a fair way to put it actually. They\u2019re essentially fixing the process so that it makes it almost impossible to have democracy function. They\u2019re effectively disenfranchising the Democratic voters any choice in who becomes the Democratic nominee.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udc40 Robert F.
