Despite leading the field by a significant margin, as shown by a recent CBS poll, Trump has decided to steer clear of the debate stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CBS poll shows Trump&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/donald-trump-republican-primary-debate-9b6c7e74c7ce908cd082df3bb192535f\">leading<\/a>&nbsp;with 62%, a staggering 46 points ahead of his closest contender, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
