Brimmer, came on the same day&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/leg.colorado.gov\/bills\/sb23-169\"><strong>Senate Bill 23-169<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;was supposed to take effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The injunction states that Jared Polis in his capacity as governor, as well as other government officials \u201care enjoined, effective immediately, from enforcing SB23-169.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rocky Mountain Gun Owners, the pro-gun group that\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/colorado\/article_fa9425ac-e5e7-11ed-979d-df3c9369bcb8.html\">first sued<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0over SB 23-169 in April on the same day Gov. Jared Polis signed it into law, requested the temporary restraining order last week, as\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecentersquare.com\/colorado\/article_52a404b4-323d-11ee-8f1d-231f83d8c6f8.html\">reported<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0by The Center Square.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSince the day this legislation was introduced, we knew it was unconstitutional,\u201d RMGO Executive Director Taylor Rhodes said in a statement on Monday. \u201cUnder the Golden Dome, at the unveiling of this proposal, RMGO warned the bill sponsors this would quickly be struck down by a federal judge. Today, our crystal ball became a reality. But it doesn\u2019t stop here. We won\u2019t stop fighting until every single unconstitutional anti-gun law is struck down.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RMGO is joined in the action by individual plaintiffs Tate Mosgrove and Adrian S.
