In sum, the law is expected to put taxpayers on the hook for at least $28 million in order to implement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Granting driver\u2019s licenses to illegal aliens is an integral part of Open Borders Inc\u2019s strategy to flood the nation with illegal aliens. Generally speaking, when illegal aliens are stopped by law enforcement, they can then be turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody for arrest and deportation simply for the act of driving without a license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But with the ability to drive without a license, illegal aliens can now drive across states like Massachusetts with virtual impunity. Such legislation will effectively function as a magnet for further illegal immigration.
