He began his company in 2016 when he was 19 after he dropped out of MIT. AI is China\u2019s Apollo Project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wang believes the US still has an edge over China currently. He believes that America is still the \u201cplace of choice\u201d for the world\u2019s most talented AI scientists and that our access to data is an advantage. But China will surpass us if we don\u2019t move quickly to stop them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhen it comes to data, I actually also agree that we have a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/americanwirenews.com\/x-marks-the-spot-elon-musk-launches-new-artificial-intelligence-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">potential very powerful advantage here<\/a>, specifically when it pertains to military implementations,\u201d he commented. \u201cIn America, we have the largest fleet of military hardware in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wang commented that the fleet generates 22 terabytes of data every day. That is data that can be harnessed to train AI and give America an \u201cinsurmountable data advantage when it comes to military use of artificial intelligence.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWang did say, however, that the U.S. needs to take rapid steps to ensure it takes advantage of this oversupply of data.
