Wow <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/30UijETvNq\">pic.twitter.com\/30UijETvNq<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bennyjohnson\/status\/1677371891961548800?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 7, 2023<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Carlson also suggested the importance of Trump on the American political stage cannot be understated, and may not be fully understood for another decade or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI think looking back on this ten years from now, assuming we\u2019re still around, I think we\u2019re going to see Trump\u2019s emergence as the most significant thing that happened in American politics in 100 years,\u201d said Carlson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explaining his admiration for Trump\u2019s foreign policy views, Carlson noted, \u201cYou know Trump is the only person with stature in the Republican Party really who is saying wait a second why are we sending an endless war in Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWhether he gets the nomination or gets elected, words really matter,\u201d Carlson said, summarizing his support for Trump. \u201cSaying something true out loud matters, and he is saying true things about Ukraine and God bless him.
