About two weeks earlier, on November 2, the president\u2019s lawyer allegedly found Biden\u2019s secret papers at Biden\u2019s so-called&nbsp;<em>\u201cthink tank,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>the Pennsylvania Biden Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the timeline, Garland appointed a special prosecutor to look into Biden\u2019s 2024 presidential rival for handling secret documents while possibly being aware that Biden had allegedly done the same thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just six days before the November elections, Garland might have been aware of Biden\u2019s mismanagement of documents. Garland\u2019s decision to keep the disclosures a secret until January, according to critics, was motivated by a desire to help Democrats in the midterm elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike Davis, the founder and president of the pro-Trump Article III Project, referred to Biden\u2019s assertion that he was unaware that sensitive records were kept at the Penn Biden Center as&nbsp;<em>\u201ccrap.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He tweeted,\u00a0<em>\u201cBiden relocated these stolen secret records twice: once before January 20, 2017 (left White House), and once after transferring into a new office in Feb. 2018. Biden\u2019s personal files contained these stolen classified documents. A Special Counsel must be appointed by Garland.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no disputing Biden\u2019s uncompromising stance on the improper handling of secret documents. On&nbsp;<em>\u201c60 Minutes\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;in September, Biden criticized Trump as&nbsp;<em>\u201cirresponsible\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;for reportedly keeping top-secret materials at Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cHow could that possibly occur? I don\u2019t see how somebody could be that careless,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;the president stated.&nbsp;<em>\u201cAnd it\u2019s completely reckless, too.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cAnd I wondered, what information was there that may jeopardize sources and procedures?\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;Added Biden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because of Biden\u2019s criticism of Trump, some people have pointed out that while Trump was president, he had the power to declassify records, whereas Biden, as vice president, did not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cVice Presidents are not permitted to declassify records. And the fact that Joe Biden had access to secret materials while serving as vice president underscores the necessity for a thorough investigation,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0according to Rep.
