The court barred Bolsonaro due to his questioning of Brazil\u2019s election. In America, Democrats are attempting the same strategy on Trump, leading many to fear that Brazil may be America\u2019s preview.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following the high court vote to bar Bolsonaro from running for president, Judge Alexandre de Moraes said, \u201cLet us reaffirm our faith in our democracy and the rule of law.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Does Judge Alexandre de Moraes\u2019s statement sound familiar? Democrats in America have been using Trump\u2019s attempts to secure America\u2019s elections as a pretense to use the 14th Amendment to kick Trump off the ballot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unlike Brazil, America has a conservative-leaning high court, meaning it is extremely unlikely that the Supreme Court in its current state would allow Democrat-controlled swing states like Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania to kick Trump off the ballot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, recent Supreme Court rulings have angered the Left to the point where calls to pack the United States Supreme Court are returning to the Left\u2019s mainstream thought process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In theory, all Democrats need to pack the court is a House Majority combined with 51 Senate Votes and control of the White House. The Left could pack the court on a budget reconciliation measure in the U.S. Senate, meaning 51 votes is all that is needed to pass the measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Democrats defeat Trump and retake the House in 2024, packing the Supreme Court may be the Left\u2019s top priority. A Supreme Court packed with activist judges could bar Trump or the America First heir from running in 2028; worse, a packed court could bar America First Members of Congress from running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brazil has the largest population in South America. Democrats understand that if it can happen in Brazil, they can make it happen in America, as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These facts make it clear the 2024 election is the most critical election in America\u2019s history.
