{"id":3949,"date":"2023-06-23T12:03:38","date_gmt":"2023-06-23T17:03:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/?p=3949"},"modified":"2023-06-23T12:03:38","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T17:03:38","slug":"whistleblower-federal-prosecutors-have-evidence-joe-biden-met-with-hunters-chinese-energy-client-cefc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/?p=3949","title":{"rendered":"WHISTLEBLOWER: Federal Prosecutors Have Evidence Joe Biden Met with Hunter\u2019s Chinese Energy Client CEFC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20662%20398'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-105.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-image-3950\" width=\"662\" height=\"398\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-105.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3950\" width=\"662\" height=\"398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-105.png 474w, https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-105-300x180.png 300w, https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-105-293x176.png 293w, https:\/\/nakedpolitics.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-105-390x234.png 390w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 662px) 100vw, 662px\" \/><\/noscript><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The House Ways and Means Committee on Thursday released&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/waysandmeans.house.gov\/smith-testimony-of-irs-employees-reveals-biden-irs-doj-interfered-in-tax-investigation-of-hunter-biden-revealing-preferential-treatment-for-wealthy-and-politically-connected\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">devastating deposition<\/a>s detailing accounts of Biden corruption from two IRS whistleblowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The two IRS whistleblowers told lawmakers about the Justice Department\u2019s effort to block search warrants and cover-up Hunter Biden\u2019s tax crimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>House Ways and Means Chair Jason Smith (R-MO) on Thursday detailed MULTIPLE felony charges that whistleblowers said the IRS recommended against Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The IRS recommended charges against Hunter Biden that included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attempt to evade or defeat tax \u2013 A FELONY<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud or false statements \u2013 A FELONY<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willful failure to file returns, supply information or pay tax<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese tax crimes cover an estimated $2.2 million in unreported tax on global income\u2026from Ukraine, Romania, and China, totaling $17.3 million from 2014 to 2019.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added, \u201cMr. Biden personally received $8.3 million.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joe Biden\u2019s DOJ blocked two search warrants and multiple felony charges against Hunter Biden, according to an IRS whistleblower who spoke to lawmakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Just the News, Shapley told lawmakers that an Assistant US Attorney in Delaware working on Hunter\u2019s case REJECTED a search warrant for Joe Biden\u2019s Delaware home in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A separate search warrant for Hunter Biden\u2019s storage locker was also blocked by Joe Biden\u2019s henchmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE WHSTLEBLOWERS ALSO CONFIRMED JOE BIDEN WAS DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN HUNTER\u2019S OVERSEAS BUSINESS DEALS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shapely confirmed to prosecutors that Joe Biden met with with officials from CEFC, a Chinese energy company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hunter Biden took millions of dollars from CEFC, an energy company that is effectively an arm of the Chinese Communist Party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International) to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden\u2019s firm, Owasco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob Walker, a Biden family associate,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/waysandmeans.house.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Whistleblower-1-Transcript_Redacted.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">recounted\u00a0<\/a>a time where Joe Biden walked into a meeting with CEFC officials at a Four Seasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWalker went on to describe an instance in which the former Vice President showed up at a CEFC meeting. Walker said: \u201cWe were at the Four Seasons and we were having lunch and he stopped in, just said hello to everybody. I don\u2019t even think he drank water. I think Hunter Biden said, \u2018I may be trying to start a company or try to do something with these guys and could you?\u2019 And I think he was like, if I\u2019m around and he\u2019d show up,\u201d Shapley told lawmakers, citing his conversation with Rob Walker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He continued, The FBI agent asked: \u201cSo you definitely got the feeling that that was orchestrated by Hunter Biden to have like an appearance by his dad at that meeting just to kind of bolster your chances at making a deal work out?\u201d Walker answered: \u201cSure.\u201d The FBI agent continued: \u201cAny times when he was in office, or did you hear Hunter Biden say that he was setting up a meeting with his dad with them while dad was still in office?\u201d Walker answered: \u201cYes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEFC meeting at the Four Seasons referenced in the deposition may line up with an<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2023\/04\/hunter-laptop-emails-show-joe-biden-traveled-to-ireland-with-hunter-and-jim-biden-who-met-with-chinas-cefc-executives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;email found on Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop<\/a>&nbsp;detailing a September 2017 meeting with CEFC officials on the 13th floor of the Four Seasons in Ireland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOE AND HUNTER BIDEN\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2023\/06\/whistleblower-reveals-hunter-biden-threatened-his-chinese-business\/\" target=\"_blank\">THREATENED\u00a0<\/a>A CHINESE BUSINESS ASSOCIATE \u2013 PAY UP OR ELSE!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IRS whistleblower Shapely also revealed Hunter Biden demanded payment from his Chinese business associate over WhasApp messenger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hunter Biden demanded payment and threatened Henry Zhao, a Chinese Communist Party official and director of Harvest Fund Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Harvest Fund Management had previously invested in Hunter Biden\u2019s firm, BHR Partners \u2013 a private investment fund founded in 2013 that is co-owned by the Bank of China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hunter and Joe Biden threatened Henry Zhao \u2013 make a payment or else!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hunter Biden used his powerful father as muscle to collect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The WhatsApp message Hunter Biden sent to Henry Zhao is as follows according to the IRS whistleblower:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions.
