This comes five years after two unruly non-customers, Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson, were arrested for refusing to leave the Starbucks after they were denied access to the bathroom. This caused massive outrage from the race-hoax mob, resulting in Starbucks wrongfully terminating her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Phillips\u2019 attorney Laura Carlin Mattiacci said she and her client were \u201cvery pleased\u201d with the verdict where \u201cshe proved by \u2018clear and convincing evidence that punitive damages were warranted.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nelson and Robinson were turned into Black Lives Matter idols for their unruly behavior resulting in their arrest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load\" title=\"Men arrested at Starbucks speak out\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"about:blank\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NWOz3OZ6J9M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><noscript><iframe title=\"Men arrested at Starbucks speak out\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NWOz3OZ6J9M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/noscript>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Big League Politics<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/bigleaguepolitics.com\/professor-fired-for-saying-black-privilege-is-real-is-reinstated-with-back-pay\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">has reported<\/a>&nbsp;on other legal victories suffered by the victims of anti-white discrimination that has become all too commonplace throughout America in recent years:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>A professor at a Florida university who was fired for saying \u201cblack privilege is real\u201d in a Twitter post&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/legalinsurrection.com\/2022\/05\/fired-u-central-florida-prof-charles-negy-ordered-reinstated-with-tenure-and-back-pay\/\">is being reinstated with back pay<\/a>&nbsp;after filing a successful complaint.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>University of Central Florida (UCF) professor Charles Negy made the controversial comments on his personal Twitter account following the overdose death of violent felon and drug addict George Floyd in 2020, which made him the target of campus cancel culture.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cIf Afr. Americans as a group, had the same behavioral profile as Asian Americans (on average, performing the best academically, having the highest income, committing the lowest crime, etc.), would we still be proclaiming \u2018systematic racism\u2019 exists?\u201d Nagy said in one of the offending tweets.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cBlack privilege is real: Besides affirm. action, special scholarships and other set asides, being shielded from legitimate criticism is a privilege. But as a group, they\u2019re missing out on much needed feedback,\u201d he added.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This caused the woke mob to demand Nagy\u2019s dismissal, and UCF caved in an extreme example of extreme cowardice and refusal to defend academic freedom\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Negy, as a union member, brought UCF into arbitration hearings. The arbitrator issued Negy his Arbitration Award as of May 16, 2022. He will be reinstated with tenure and his back pay in a major rebuke of cultural Marxism.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe facts persuasive are that we have a professor of some 18 years tenured with consistently outstanding annual evaluations, with three TIP awards, recipient of a special pay adjustment successfully designed to persuade him not to leave UCF. There is no evidence that UCF gave him reason to believe he was anything but as highly esteemed as his evaluations and treatment, with no reason to perform differently,\u201d the arbitrator found.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Additionally, the arbitrator found that the investigation into Hagy\u2019s supposed misconduct was a glorified fishing expedition designed to satisfy the blood lust of the social justice jackals on campus.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a major civil rights victory.
