We must restrict their use of the funds, and maybe even limit them, he stated.

This month, the committee has taken a number of steps.

It revealed the creation of the statement, which was falsely attributed to 51 former intelligence officials after former Deputy CIA Director Michael Morell and former CIA official Marc Polymeropoulos were contacted by then-Biden campaign adviser Antony Blinken. The statement was drafted by Michael Morell and Marc Polymeropoulos, who also left the CIA.

In order for them to explain their role in the statement, it also summoned former CIA Director John Brennan as well as former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. Brennan gave testimony on May 11, before the publication of Durham’s report, whereas Clapper gave testimony on May 17, after the publication of Durham’s report on May 15.

According to Durham’s research, Brennan and Clapper were both aware of information showing Hillary Clinton intended to “vilify” Donald Trump by associating him with Russia as early as July 2016.

According to the assessment by the Weaponization Committee on the statement discovered on Hunter Biden’s laptop, Brennan agreed to the statement knowing it was intended to support Biden in the 2020 presidential race and that Clapper had even edited it before it was released.

The committee conducted a public hearing last week during which FBI whistleblowers spoke about anti-conservative prejudice inside the FBI and reprisals for speaking with lawmakers.

“We have to utilize the appropriation,” Jordan stated in the interview, “that’s the authority that the founders desired, the legislative branch, and especially the House, where legally every spending measure and every tax law needs to begin in the House. They desired that the body, which is up for election every two years, be the one closest to the individuals making the financial decisions. In order to restrict what the federal government, the FBI, and the Justice Dept. are doing against the American people, we must use our authority and the power of the purse,” he continued.

He said that Republicans, led by House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), are “firmly committed to doing every one of the twelve appropriations bills that provide funding for the government throughout the next several months.”

“I believe the first one is going to be out in a few weeks. In order to address the entire budget that the FBI and the DOJ are getting,” he added, “we have been meeting with both the appropriations staff along with those who work on the committee’s judiciary panel to discuss how we might restrict money from American tax dollars being spent in these ways.”

Original Article: https://www.thebeardedpatriot.com/republicans-have-a-new-genius-way-to-limit-the-fbi/

Following the release of the report by Special Counsel John Durham, Rep.
