That\u2019s about on par with where he stood in a March CNN poll (42% approved then) but continues a downward trend since January, when 45% approved of his performance,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/05\/23\/politics\/cnn-poll-debt-ceiling-increase-spending-cuts\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CNN<\/a>&nbsp;reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That isn\u2019t the worst of it, either. CNN also found that Biden\u2019s ratings on key issues are even worse.
