While the AFT and the NEA appealed to public health and safety rationales, their CDC lobbying efforts were couched in their conflicts of interest with Big Tech companies, such as IBM; corporate philanthropies, including the Rockefeller Foundation; globalist non-governmental organizations, like the Trilateral Commission; and world governance institutions, such as the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lobbying the CDC to add COVID restrictions for in-person learning that perpetuate Big Tech privatization was just a pit-stop on the way toward these same teachers\u2019 unions pushing mandatory coronavirus jabs for students and educators who will be required to verify their vaccination status with compulsory digital immunizations passports platformed on blockchain and other \u201cdistributed ledger technologies\u201d (DLTs). Now that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/covidplan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">President Joe Biden<\/a>&nbsp;has called on state governors to mandate COVID vaccination for all school employees and students, the AFT and the NEA are fully on board with the state and federal proclamations forcing their dues-paying teachers to get jabbed along with students. By backing government-mandated vaccinations for school employees and students, the AFT and the NEA are rolling out the red carpet for digital vaccine passports through blockchain DLTs that will be used to aggregate students\u2019 electronic health records (EHRs), \u201clearning analytics,\u201d workforce competency algorithms, and criminal histories into \u201cSocial Credit\u201d scores which will determine access to the public square and private markets \u2013 a technocratic system planned out in detail long before COVID-19 emerged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-ibm-aft-nea-love-triangle-builds-big-databases-for-social-credit\"><strong>The IBM-AFT-NEA Love Triangle Builds Big Databases for Social Credit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For at least sixty years, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/2021\/08\/investigative-reports\/american-federation-of-teachers-sells-out-to-rockefellers-trilateralists-and-big-tech\/\">AFT<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/2021\/09\/investigative-reports\/nea-world-order\/\">NEA<\/a>\u00a0have been collaborating with IBM to drive the evolution of automated \u201cteaching machines\u201d into digital ed-tech programmed with artificial intelligence (AI) engineered to psychologically condition students for corporate-government workforce compliance. Today, the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.huffpost.com\/entry\/teachers-union-president-says-she-supports-vaccine-mandates_n_61100994e4b06253fa509b30\" target=\"_blank\">AFT<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nea.org\/about-nea\/media-center\/press-releases\/nea-strongly-supports-biden-administrations-new-covid-19\" target=\"_blank\">NEA<\/a>\u00a0are cheerleading for Biden\u2019s vaccination mandates, which will kickstart a long-anticipated market boom for\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/digital-health-pass\/individuals\" target=\"_blank\">digital vaccine passports<\/a>\u00a0that can be platformed on DLTs, including\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/theintercept.com\/2021\/03\/24\/andrew-cuomo-covid-ibm-blockchain\/\" target=\"_blank\">IBM\u2019s blockchain DLT<\/a>. IBM\u2019s DLT can be\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2021\/03\/29\/naomi_wolf_mandatory_vaccine_passport_could_lead_to_end_of_human_liberty_in_the_west.html#!\" target=\"_blank\">expanded<\/a>\u00a0to keep ledgers of students\u2019\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JMLsHI8aV0g\" target=\"_blank\">learning outcomes<\/a>\u00a0and job competences in order to extrapolate \u201cpredictive analytics\u201d for\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sagaciousnewsnetwork.net\/naomi-wolf-vaccine-passports-and-the-social-credit-system\/\" target=\"_blank\">Social Credit<\/a>. At the same time, IBM is also on the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/partners\" target=\"_blank\">front lines<\/a>\u00a0of the World Economic Forum\u2019s\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/focus\/the-great-reset\" target=\"_blank\">Great Reset<\/a>, which is calling for public-private ed-tech partnerships to \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2021\/03\/why-we-must-reimagine-capacity-building-to-reimagine-education-after-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\">Reimagine Education<\/a>\u201d through AI algorithms that are programmed to\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2020\/10\/covid-19-education-reset\/\" target=\"_blank\">data-mine<\/a>\u00a0students\u2019 psychometrics for\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_IR_China_Asset_Management_2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Social Credit<\/a>\u00a0algorithms. Those algorithms, in turn, track students into \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_Towards_a_Reskilling_Revolution.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">career pathways<\/a>\u201d in order to fill job quotas for the global economy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Meanwhile,\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/world\/the-great-reset-if-only-it-were-just-a-conspiracy\/ar-BB1bqgQM\" target=\"_blank\">IBM<\/a>\u00a0is also teamed up with UNESCO\u2019s\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/globaleducationcoalition.unesco.org\/members\" target=\"_blank\">Global Education Coalition<\/a>, which is a consortium of Big Tech companies that facilitate virtual \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/globaleducationcoalition.unesco.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">distance education<\/a>\u201d through online\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/covid19\/educationresponse\/solutions\" target=\"_blank\">adaptive-learning courseware<\/a>\u00a0and other \u201cpredictive\u201d AI ed-tech that can feed student data into Social Credit surveillance grids.\u00a0<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IBM\u2019s extensive ties to the NEA go back several decades. In 1960, the NEA\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/ia601509.us.archive.org\/21\/items\/nea-lttr-dpt-ed.-don-senese-nat-tech-conf.-best-8-mar-1982\/NEA_lttr_DptEd.DonSenese_NatTechConf.BEST_8Mar1982.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Educational Implications of Automation<\/a>\u201d was financed \u201cwith an unrestricted grant from IBM.\u201d Later, IBM partnered with the NEA\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED321402.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cMastery in Learning Project\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;in 1986, at the tail end of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/2021\/06\/investigative-reports\/from-unesco-study-11-to-unesco-2050\/\">UNESCO \u201cStudy 11,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;which orchestrated international public-private partnerships between Big Tech corporations, including IBM, Microsoft, and Apple, along with national government agencies, such as the US Department of Ed, to set up the global \u201cinformation technology\u201d (IT) infrastructure necessary for the Fourth Industrial Revolution\u2019s ed-tech panopticon. In 1988, the NEA-IBM partnership launched the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED321402.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cMastery in Learning School Renewal Network,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;which was \u201can asynchronous teleconferencing and messaging system using PCs [for] the first electronic network dedicated specifically to school reform.\u201d Two years later, in 1990, UNESCO collaborated with the World Bank to hold the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibe.unesco.org\/en\/glossary-curriculum-terminology\/e\/education-all-efa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Conference on Education for All<\/a>, which was followed up by a conference hosted by the United State Coalition for Education for All (<a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED353039.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USCEFA<\/a>) in 1991. According to the USCEFA \u201cConference Report\u201d titled&nbsp;<em>Learning for All: Bridging Domestic and International Education<\/em>, USCEFA was sponsored by the NEA, the AFT, IBM, Apple, the US Department of Education, and USAID, which has a long history of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.intrepidreport.com\/archives\/12659\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fronting for CIA<\/a>&nbsp;operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20370%20247'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load\" data-lazy-src=\"blob:https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/fc08755d-a5eb-49e6-b0f4-f3b5ed13f7b9\" alt=\"pastedGraphic_1.png\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/fc08755d-a5eb-49e6-b0f4-f3b5ed13f7b9\" alt=\"pastedGraphic_1.png\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/nea-todays-ed.-spec-ed.journ-1985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NEA,&nbsp;<em>Today\u2019s Education,<\/em>&nbsp;\u201cSpecial Edition\u201d (Sep. 1985)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It is worth noting that, in a 1985 \u201cSpecial Issue\u201d of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/nea-todays-ed.-spec-ed.journ-1985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Today\u2019s Education<\/em><\/a>, which is the NEA\u2019s journal, there are advertisements for ed-tech products, including an ad for IBM \u201ccomputerized instruction\u201d for \u201ca single terminal or a whole school system.\u201d This \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/nea-todays-ed.-spec-ed.journ-1985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Special Issue<\/a>\u201d also contains infographics, including two illustrated graphs titled \u201cHigh-Tech Happy\u201d and \u201cSchool Computer Use Soars,\u201d which chart the regional proliferation of computerized ed-tech across the United States from 1981 to 1985 during the rollout of the US Department of Ed\u2019s Project BEST (<a href=\"https:\/\/rense.com\/general96\/virtual-school-in-a-computerized-box.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Basic Education Skills through Technology<\/a>), which was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/2021\/06\/investigative-reports\/from-unesco-study-11-to-unesco-2050\/\">America\u2019s domestic version<\/a>&nbsp;of UNESCO Study 11.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20370%20247'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/NEAspec.ed_.comp_.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-image-7464\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/NEAspec.ed_.comp_.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7464\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.org\/details\/nea-todays-ed.-spec-ed.journ-1985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NEA,&nbsp;<em>Today\u2019s Education,<\/em>&nbsp;\u201cSpecial Edition\u201d (Sep. 1985)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This special edition of the NEA\u2019s journal also included a collection of articles from trailblazers in the computerized ed-tech movement:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/2021\/09\/investigative-reports\/nea-world-order\/\"><strong>Mary Futrell<\/strong><\/a><strong>:<\/strong>&nbsp;The former President of the NEA, Futrell would also later sit on the Board of Directors for K12 Inc., one of America\u2019s largest online virtual charter schools, which was founded by US Secretary of Education, William \u201cBill\u201d Bennett, who oversaw&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blacklistednews.com\/article\/76951\/covid19-cares-act-bankrolls-ali-posthuman.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Project BEST<\/a>&nbsp;after he took up the mantle from Secretary Terrel H. At the same time, this \u201cSpecial Edition\u201d advertised IBM ed-tech products just before the NEA partnered with IBM to build the proto-internet Mastery in Learning School Renewal Network, which was followed by another NEA-IBM partnership through America\u2019s domestic spinoff of UNESCO\u2019s Education for All coalition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like the NEA, the AFT also has decades-long ties to IBM. In fact, the year that the NEA published this \u201cSpecial Edition\u201d of&nbsp;<em>Today\u2019s Educatio<\/em>n, in1985, was the same year that AFT President Albert Shanker was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/2021\/08\/investigative-reports\/american-federation-of-teachers-sells-out-to-rockefellers-trilateralists-and-big-tech\/\">cavorting<\/a>&nbsp;with \u201cthe head of IBM\u201d and unspecified \u201cbankers\u201d at Trilateral Commission&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED265614.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">meetings<\/a>. Fast-forward to 2016, when&nbsp;<em>AFT News<\/em>&nbsp;announced&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aft.org\/news\/aft-and-ibm-launch-new-tool-teachers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cAFT and IBM Launch New Tool for Teachers.\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;Through this AFT partnership with the IBM Foundation, AFT-affiliated teachers were given premier \u201caccess to&nbsp;Teacher Advisor with Watson, a first-of-its-kind, innovative professional development tool using IBM\u2019s Watson cognitive technology to help strengthen instructional skills and customize lessons.\u201d With the help of the AFT, this early pilot development of IBM\u2019s \u201cTeacher Advisor with Watson was trained by third-grade math teachers and designed . . . to tailor lessons to meet individual classroom needs.\u201d In other words, the AFT lent its teachers to IBM so that Watson AI could data-mine them to develop learning analytics that will automate their jobs with \u201cpersonalized\u201d cognitive-behavioral algorithms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skipping ahead to this year, on May 20, 2021, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shankerinstitute.org\/board-directors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AFT-endowed<\/a>&nbsp;Albert Shanker Institute promoted IBM\u2019s public-private \u201cP-TECH\u201d partnerships through a virtual discussion event entitled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shankerinstitute.org\/breaking_barriers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cBreaking Barriers: A Conversation with AFT President Randi Weingarten and Stan Litow.\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;The event also promoted Litow\u2019s book:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcpress.com\/breaking-barriers-9780807765586\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Breaking Barriers: How P-TECH Schools Create a Pathway from High School to College to Career<\/em><\/a>. During the virtual talk, Weingarten, who wrote the foreword for Litow\u2019s book, states that, for several&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.shankerinstitute.org\/breaking_barriers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cdecades,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;she has partnered with Litow, who was the President of the IBM Foundation when he founded P-TECH&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/prioritycharterschools.org\/p-tech-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">charter schools<\/a>&nbsp;that partner with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.org\/initiatives\/p-tech\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IBM\u2019s<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210513004412\/https:\/www.ptech.org\/open-p-tech\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Open P-TECH<\/a>. Those schools work to \u201corient\u201d students \u201cto the wide world of technology\u2014 . . . AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Quantum and more,\u201d including \u201cData Science\u201d and \u201cBlockchain.\u201d Through the public-private P-TECH (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptechnyc.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools<\/a>) system, students can earn \u201c[i]ndustry-recognized&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ptech.org\/open-p-tech\/teacher-toolkit\/accepting-your-digital-badges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">digital badges<\/a>\u201d enabling them \u201cto demonstrate their knowledge and skills as they apply for employment\u201d through \u201ccareer pathways\u201d which can be pipelined through a blockchain&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/2018\/11\/30\/pay-for-success-and-the-human-value-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cpay for success\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;system. That system, in turn, is funded by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/2019\/01\/31\/good-guy-in-davos-not-so-fast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201csocial impact investments\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;that are part and parcel to the Social Credit economy of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2021\/01\/japan-key-role-building-back-better\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WEF\u2019s<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2020\/07\/great-reset-fintech-financial-technology-cybersecurity-controls-cyber-resilience-businesses-consumers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Great Reset<\/a>. That coalition has teamed up with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cryptocoin.news\/analysis\/adoption\/chainlink-partners-with-the-unesco-for-social-impact-grant-53369\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chainlink<\/a>&nbsp;DLTs to service social impact investments. Now that UNESCO\u2019s Global Education Coalition is impact-financing Chainlink applications for connecting off-chain and on-chain data, IBM\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/topics\/vaccine-passport\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blockchain platform<\/a>&nbsp;for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/products\/digital-health-pass\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">vaccine passports<\/a>, such as New York\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/theintercept.com\/2021\/03\/24\/andrew-cuomo-covid-ibm-blockchain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Excelsior<\/a>, is primed to be&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2021\/03\/29\/naomi_wolf_mandatory_vaccine_passport_could_lead_to_end_of_human_liberty_in_the_west.html#!\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chainlinked<\/a>&nbsp;to aggregate off-chain learning analytics and digital \u201cworkforce competency\u201d badges that can be algorithmically&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitchute.com\/video\/TG8lwLtHZuVd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tracked<\/a>&nbsp;into a global Social Credit system bankrolled by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/2020\/04\/19\/vaccines-blockchain-and-bio-capitalism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">impact investments<\/a>&nbsp;under the world governance bodies of the United Nations and the World Economic Forum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20370%20247'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/excelsior.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-image-7434\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/excelsior.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7434\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/epass.ny.gov\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NY State Excelsior Pass<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To tie it all together, IBM has spent at least sixty years collaborating with the AFT and the NEA in order to evolve&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dreambox.com\/adaptive-learning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Skinnerian<\/a>&nbsp;teaching machines into AI&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.area9lyceum.com\/adaptive-learning-addresses-world-economic-forums-concerns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">adaptive-learning<\/a>&nbsp;computers which data-mine students\u2019 psychometrics for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2021\/01\/this-new-approach-to-credit-scoring-is-accelerating-financial-inclusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social Credit algorithms<\/a>&nbsp;that can be monetized, or tokenized, through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/will-blockchain-technology-be-used-to-build-evil-social-credit-systems\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blockchain<\/a>&nbsp;passports linked to the internet-of-everything. Now that the adaptive AI learning infrastructure is firmly in place, thanks to COVID lockdowns which have forced schools to install Big Data ed-tech, all that\u2019s left is to hook up these psychometric data-mining technologies to a blockchain passport system. IBM is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.govtech.com\/health\/how-excelsior-pass-the-first-us-vaccine-passport-works.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">already platforming<\/a>&nbsp;this through its contract with New York\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/epass.ny.gov\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Excelsior<\/a>&nbsp;vaccine passport. To put the nail in the Orwellian coffin, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nea.org\/about-nea\/media-center\/press-releases\/nea-strongly-supports-biden-administrations-new-covid-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NEA<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffpost.com\/entry\/teachers-union-president-says-she-supports-vaccine-mandates_n_61100994e4b06253fa509b30\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AFT<\/a>&nbsp;are now championing Biden\u2019s federal vaccination mandates, which are ushering in blockchain vaccine passports that will allow for the laying of the cornerstone for the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/White_Paper_Digital_Identity_Threshold_Digital_Identity_Revolution_report_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DLT digital ID system<\/a>&nbsp;that is necessary for the Fourth Industrial Revolution\u2019s Social Credit panopticon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20370%20247'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WEF-digid-1024x365.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-image-7452\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/WEF-digid-1024x365.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7452\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/White_Paper_Digital_Identity_Threshold_Digital_Identity_Revolution_report_2018.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">On the Threshold of a Digital ID Revolution (weforum.org)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nea-and-aft-reimagine-education-with-google-gates-foundation-unesco-and-wef\"><strong>NEA and AFT \u201cReimagine Education\u201d with Google, Gates Foundation, UNESCO, and WEF<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The NEA and the AFT are further accelerating the COVID&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/reports.weforum.org\/global-risks-report-2021\/executive-summary\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cleap forward\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;into the Fourth Industrial Revolution as both national unions are calling for teachers to \u201creimagine\u201d schooling through the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unesco.org\/new\/en\/media-services\/single-view\/news\/jill_biden_second_lady_of_the_us_and_irina_bokova_launch_g\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">public<\/a>\u2013<a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/news\/unesco-rallies-international-organizations-civil-society-and-private-sector-partners-broad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">private<\/a>&nbsp;ed-tech&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2021\/01\/think-education-is-a-matter-for-governments-alone-think-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">partnerships<\/a>&nbsp;touted by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.unesco.org\/sites\/default\/files\/gem2020-extraordinary-session-concept-note-en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNESCO<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2020\/07\/reimagining-future-skills-what-we-learned-young-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">World Economic Forum<\/a>. Meanwhile, those organizations are also parroting the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/rachelsandler\/2020\/05\/06\/cuomo-faces-backlash-for-enlisting-billionaires-eric-schmidt-and-bill-gates-to-reimagine-ny-after-reopening\/?sh=364fa6485592\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reimagine Education<\/a>&nbsp;campaign of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in collaboration with former Alphabet\/Google head Eric Schmidt. Of course, the NEA and the AFT both have a history of being funded with millions of dollars from the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/organizations\/bill-melinda-gates-foundation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gates Foundation<\/a>, which is a member of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/partners#B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WEF<\/a>, and both unions have also endorsed school integration of ed-tech products from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/organizations\/google\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google<\/a>, which is also a member of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/partners#G\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WEF<\/a>. At the same time, both the NEA and the AFT have collaborated with the Gates-owned Microsoft corporation, which signed a 2004 \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.unesco.org\/new\/en\/member-states\/single-view\/news\/unesco_and_microsoft_sign_cooperation_agreement_to_help_brid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cooperation Agreement<\/a>\u201d with UNESCO, contracting to globalize \u201cInformation and Communication Technologies (ICTs)\u201d through \u201ccommunity-based\u201d public-private ed-tech partnerships.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, as the WEF spearheads the technocratic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/projects\/reimagining-the-future-of-society\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Great Reset<\/a>, these alliances between the NEA, the AFT, Google, the Gates Foundation, the WEF, and UNESCO are coming together as the global&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reimagine-education.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reimagine Education<\/a>&nbsp;movement, which aims to exploit COVID lockdowns in order to permanently lock in a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/theintercept.com\/2020\/05\/08\/andrew-cuomo-eric-schmidt-coronavirus-tech-shock-doctrine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Screen New Deal<\/a>\u201d that deploys ed-tech to data-mine students\u2019 learning algorithms for predictive analytics. This ed-tech system of Big Data-mining is being built to lay the groundwork for a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2020\/08\/gates-and-big-tech-reimagine-post-human-education-the-new-normal-is-a-i-data-mining-for-social-credit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social Credit<\/a>&nbsp;surveillance network plugged in to an AI internet-of-things hooked up to a transhumanist internet-of-bodies (<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/2021\/02\/14\/a-silicon-slopes-future-the-internet-of-bodies-and-impact-investing-along-the-wasatch-front\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IoB<\/a>). Meanwhile, Gates\u2019s Microsoft corporation has been advancing the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id2020.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ID2020<\/a>&nbsp;project to set up a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/id2020.org\/digital-identity\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">global digital ID<\/a>&nbsp;apparatus through DLT platforms that can aggregate off-chain and on-chain biopsychosocial data, including&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/14EzejZc_O_c3gThPFccO_mSyNkc-RVPs\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blockchain vaccine passports<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2020\/02\/socioemotional-thought-crimes-in-american-schools-tracking-student-sel-data-for-precrime.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">learning analytics<\/a>, which can be tracked on Social Credit ledgers through the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/2021\/06\/05\/covid-cybernetics-and-the-new-normal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IoT<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JMLsHI8aV0g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IoB<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20370%20247'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/wef-reimagine-1001x1024.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-image-7458\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/wef-reimagine-1001x1024.jpg.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7458\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/projects\/reimagining-the-future-of-society\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reimagine Society (weforum.org)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, a whole year before the global COVID lockdowns, the NEA\u2019s newsletter,&nbsp;<em>NEA Today<\/em>,published an article entitled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nea.org\/professional-excellence\/student-engagement\/tools-tips\/reimagined-classroom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cThe Reimagined Classroom,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;which showcased classrooms where teachers \u201cpersonalize\u201d lessons through Google Docs data along with \u201cQR codes, Apple TV, and a smartboard\u201d. This \u201creimagined classroom\u201d also envisioned students typing their essays on their smartphones and Google Chromebooks in addition to posting Twitter comments for discussion assignments. Just a few months after COVID lockdowns began in the United States, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo announced his own&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/cuomo-backlash-billionaires-bill-gates-eric-schmidt-rebuild-new-york-2020-5?op=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Reimagine Education<\/a>&nbsp;partnership with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyclu.org\/en\/news\/bill-gates-shouldnt-be-one-reimagining-nys-public-education\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gates Foundation<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2017\/jun\/02\/bilderberg-secretive-conference-eric-schmidt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bilderberger<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reimaginepod.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Eric Schmidt<\/a>, who is still the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ericschmidt.com\/bio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Technical Advisor of Alphabet Inc.<\/a>, the parent company of Google where he was previously the CEO. In several articles published by the&nbsp;<em>Activist Post<\/em>, I documented how the Gates-Google Reimagine projects are building Social Credit Big Databases through data-sharing arrangements between&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2020\/08\/gates-and-big-tech-reimagine-post-human-education-the-new-normal-is-a-i-data-mining-for-social-credit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">InnovateEDU<\/a>, which is funded by the Gates Foundation, and Google\u2019s BigQuery datahub, which contracts with the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.activistpost.com\/2020\/12\/a-brave-school-world-of-tracking-student-data-for-social-credit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chainlink<\/a>&nbsp;DLT middleware that services&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.chain.link\/introducing-the-social-impact-prize-at-the-spring-2021-chainlink-virtual-hackathon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">social impact investments<\/a>&nbsp;through its partnership with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cryptocoin.news\/analysis\/adoption\/chainlink-partners-with-the-unesco-for-social-impact-grant-53369\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UNESCO<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, the Gates-Google Reimagine initiative is currently being advanced by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ra.nea.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/2021-2022_Modified_Strategic_Plan_and_Budget.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NEA Foundation<\/a>. In July of 2021, just a few months after the National Education Association lobbied the CDC to tighten up COVID-mitigation policies perpetuating virtual blended learning, the NEA Foundation announced that it would begin offering \u201cReimagining Education Grants\u201d designed to \u201csupport broad systemic changes and a reinvention of schools.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to announcing these Reimagine Grants, the NEA and the Gates-owned Microsoft corporation&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED519336.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">co-financed<\/a>&nbsp;a 2010 coalition between the American Association for Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE) and the Partnership for 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;Century Skills, which were also funded by Intel, and Pearson, the latter of which partners with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/watson\/education\/pearson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IBM\u2019s Watson AI<\/a>&nbsp;and is the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/business-48998789\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">largest edu-corporation<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/answer-sheet\/wp\/2016\/01\/22\/pearson-worlds-largest-education-company-laying-off-10-percent-of-workforce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">in the world.<\/a>&nbsp;As a result of this funding from the NEA and the ed-tech industry, the AACTE and the Partnership for 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;Century Skills published a white paper titled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/files.eric.ed.gov\/fulltext\/ED519336.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201c21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;Century Knowledge and Skills in Educator Preparation.\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;That document calls for \u201cthe application of technology to support more robust instructional methods\u201d grounded in \u201cTechnological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPCK) theory and research\u201d with the \u201coutcomes-based\u201d goal of developing workforce \u201ccompetences\u201d for \u201c21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;century skills\u201d in a \u201cglobal economy.\u201d In the interim between this 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;Century technology project and the Reimagine Education partnerships, the NEA has also been funded by multiple Gates Foundation grants, totaling at least&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatesfoundation.org\/about\/committed-grants?q=#jump-nav-anchor0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$9,227,812.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, beginning in 2009, the Gates Foundation bankrolled the AFT\u2019s Innovation Fund to the tune of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/tipsheets\/morning-education\/2014\/03\/exclusive-aft-shuns-gates-funding-success-academy-lawsuit-simmering-defenders-of-the-common-core-feds-grant-california-a-testing-pass-212543\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$1 million dollars each year<\/a>&nbsp;until 2014 after public backlash emerged concerning the financial relationships between the AFT and the Gates Foundation. According to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/issues\/union-honchos-salary-enough-to-pay-10-teachers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Department of Labor filings<\/a>, AFT President \u201cWeingarten earned nearly $560,000 in total compensation during the 2013-2014 school year.\u201d Additionally, the Gates Foundation also endowed the AFT Foundation with at least&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatesfoundation.org\/about\/committed-grants?q=#jump-nav-anchor0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">$1,922,200,<\/a>&nbsp;including a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gatesfoundation.org\/about\/committed-grants\/2013\/05\/opp1083739\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">grant<\/a>&nbsp;\u201c[t]o enable the American Federation of Teachers Educational Foundation to support the Minnesota Guild of Public Charter Schools to become a self-sustaining organization.\u201d Last year, on August 20, 2020, the Gates-owned Microsoft corporation sponsored an&nbsp;<em>Axios Event<\/em>&nbsp;titled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.axios.com\/axios-event-amy-klobuchar-brad-smith-d4ce1df2-4a2e-4bee-b887-f5f9b9e027e5.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cThe Future of Employment\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;where AFT President Weingarten and Microsoft President Brad Smith called for policies and programs that would \u201cbridg[e] the digital divide\u201d by expanding \u201cbroadband access\u201d to accommodate \u201cdistance learning and distance working.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns='http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg'%20viewBox='0%200%20370%20247'%3E%3C\/svg%3E\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/brainco.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-image-7442\"\/><noscript><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unlimitedhangout.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/brainco.png.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7442\"\/><\/noscript><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><a href=\"https:\/\/brainco.tech\/technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Focus1 Headband by BrainCo<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, on May 13, 2021, the AFT, which has adopted the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/teachercenter.withgoogle.com\/certification\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Google Certified Educator Exam<\/a>, published a white paper titled&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aft.org\/sites\/default\/files\/return-recover-reimagine_may2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cReturn, Recover, and Reimagine: Toward a Renaissance in America\u2019s Public Schools,\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;which calls for schools to \u201cReimagine Teaching and Learning\u201d by preparing students for \u201c[f]ascinating breakthroughs and vexing challenges [that] are all around us\u2014nanotechnology, gene editing, sustainable cities, even advances in 3-D printed organs. What seemed like the future is here\u2014so it must be in our schools.\u201d Stated differently, the AFT\u2019s \u201cReimagine Teaching and Learning\u201d campaign seeks to assimilate students into the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2016\/01\/the-fourth-industrial-revolution-what-it-means-and-how-to-respond\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">transhumanist<\/a>&nbsp;future of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/agenda\/2016\/01\/what-is-the-fourth-industrial-revolution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fourth Industrial Revolution<\/a>. This \u201crevolution\u201d essentially aims to \u201creimagine\u201d the human species into a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/events\/world-economic-forum-annual-meeting-2020\/sessions\/when-humans-become-cyborgs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cyborg<\/a>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/RAND-Internet-of-Bodies_-Opportunities-Risks-and-Governance.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">collective<\/a>&nbsp;of human resources commodified through biotech and nanotech that are controlled by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/ai-transhumanism-super-intelligence-dystopian-nightmare-644128\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AI<\/a>&nbsp;for the purposes of \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www3.weforum.org\/docs\/WEF_EGW_Whitepaper.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">human capital management<\/a>\u201d in a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wrenchinthegears.com\/2021\/06\/05\/covid-cybernetics-and-the-new-normal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Social Credit-based technocracy<\/a>.
