America supports you and your cause. It\u2019s incredibly alarming that this election was allowed to happen in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And now they\u2019ve uncovered the truth. \u201cThe ballot signatures do not match.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It makes you wonder if something similar could have been found during the 2020 presidential election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As previously reported by the&nbsp;<em>DC Enquirer<\/em>, Lake attorney Kurk Olsen described the breadth of the problem in an appearance on \u2018<em>The Absolute Truth\u2019<\/em>&nbsp;for LindellTV following a Wednesday night ruling by the Arizona Supreme Court that upheld many of the decisions in favor of Democrat Governor&nbsp;Katie Hobbs&nbsp;and County Recorder&nbsp;Stephen Richer, except for one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olsen explained to host Emerald Robinson, \u201cThe Supreme Court did remand this case back on the issue of signature verification, which is a very, very significant issue.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are literally over 100,000 ballots in question because of invalid signatures that were accepted and tabulated,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can you believe that? That many ballots are suspected as fraudulent. Arizonians should be up in arms over that claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis is not a challenge about simply a few bad signatures,\u201d the attorney said. \u201cThis is about a systemic failure of the entire signature verification process, which is allowing tens of thousands of ballots with signatures that don\u2019t match the record on file. And this is the only security feature for mail-in voting.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The single claim the court allowed to proceed is Lake\u2019s assertion that Arizona\u2019s signature verification laws for mail-in ballots were not followed by&nbsp;Maricopa County&nbsp;during the 2022 election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These revelations reveal the shocking impact that lackluster enforcement of the election laws can have on an election, particularly one that was so close.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shocking indeed. The ballots in question should have been reviewed by several different parties, not just the team approved by Hobbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Governor Katie Hobbs (D-AZ) won the midterm race with 50.3 percent of the vote while Lake secured 49.7 percent support with a&nbsp;margin&nbsp;of just over 17,000 votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lake is right to continue who lawsuit with those numbers. But it\u2019s not just the ballot count that gives her cause, it\u2019s how the entire election process was handled.
