The Arizona Supreme Court has consented to expedite an appeal hearing after two lower courts rejected her election challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/conservativebrief.com\/ariz-supreme-2-71319\/\" target=\"_blank\">Conservative Brief<\/a>, Lake filed a motion to expedite her case in February. In so doing she argues, they \u201cignored this Court\u2019s precedents for reviewing election contests and ratified Maricopa officials\u2019 decision to ignore Arizona\u2019s ballot chain-of-custody (\u201cCOC\u201d) and logic and accuracy testing (\u201cL&amp;A testing\u201d) requirements set forth in Arizona\u2019s Election Procedures Manual (\u201cEPM\u201d), and A.R.S. \u00a7\u00a716-621(E), 16-449, 16-452(C).\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The filing states,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe court of appeals\u2019 Opinion denying petitioner Kari Lake\u2019s appeal ruled that Arizona election laws don\u2019t matter.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 3, as reported by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/arizona-supreme-court-agrees-to-expedite-kari-lake-lawsuit_5102129.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Epoch Times<\/a>, the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dcenquirer.com\/democrat-ballot-harvesting-jail-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arizona Superior Court<\/a>&nbsp;issued an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/629234081\/AZ-SC-Order-Lake-v-Hobbs#\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">order<\/a>&nbsp;granting the request to expedite. The court wrote, \u201cThe Court anticipates considering the matter at an internal conference on March 21, 2023. At the conference, the Court will decide whether to accept review and schedule an oral argument.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The high court further ordered Hobbs, the Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer, and the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dcenquirer.com\/texas-leads-20-gop-states-in-legal-battle-against-bidens-migrant-parole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arizona Department of State<\/a>&nbsp;to respond by March 13th or \u201cfailure to file a response to a petition or cross petition will not be treated as an admission that the Supreme Court should grant the petition or cross-petition.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-rumble-com wp-block-embed-rumble-com\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"zeen-lazy-load-base zeen-lazy-load wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" title=\"Kari Lake Will Take Legal Action To Protect Voters\" src=\"about:blank\" data-lazy-src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/v1svef0\/?pub=4q9z1#?secret=omcFgWP18c\" data-secret=\"omcFgWP18c\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><noscript><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" title=\"Kari Lake Will Take Legal Action To Protect Voters\" src=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/embed\/v1svef0\/?pub=4q9z1#?secret=omcFgWP18c\" data-secret=\"omcFgWP18c\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/noscript>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/23684911-1-ca-cv-22-0779-and-1-ca-sa-22-0237\" target=\"_blank\">lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0describes the misconduct of the Arizona election on Nov. 8th, 2022 in detail. It read in part, \u201cRepublican attorney observer\u2014part of a group of Republican attorneys covering 115 of 223 vote centers on Election Day\u2014testified there was \u2018pandemonium out there everywhere\u2019 with \u2018lines out the door, which did not\u2014you did not see during the Primary\u2026. [and] angry and frustrated voters.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lake\u2019s legal team continued, \u201cThe evidence and testimony presented at the Arizona Senate Committee on Elections meeting on January 23, 2023, showed more than 7,000 ballots being rejected by vote center tabulators every 30 minutes from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm\u2014totaling over 217,000 rejected ballot insertions on a day with approximately 248,000 votes cast.\u201dZelensky says that American soldiers will have to fight and die in Ukraine. All six were appointed by Republican governors, two by former Gov. Jan Brewer and four by former Gov.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dcenquirer.com\/az-voting-law\/\">Doug Ducey<\/a>. Arizona\u2019s judges are subject to retention elections every two years and must mandatorily retire at age 65.
