Over 178 million people\u00a0reportedly<\/a>\u00a0watched 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump\u2019s visit to East Palestine, Ohio, to help and meet with community members after a train derailment led to a significant release of toxic chemicals in the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday afternoon, Trump posted the impressive \u201cViewership Report<\/a>\u201d on his social media platform, Truth Social. The report reveals that Trump\u2019s trip was seen by a whopping 144,037,338 people on social media and 34,015,076 people through traditional coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The total number of people who saw Trump\u2019s trip adds up to 178,052,414 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The report \u201csearched for the term \u2018East Palestine\u2019 + \u2018Trump.’\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe word is still getting out there in a big way,\u201d the report notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSpecifically, when the announcement was made last week, there was a bump of coverage reaching about 2 million on social channels and 10 million on other channels.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump\u2019s \u201cnumbers were off the charts with incredible reach, 144 million on social and 34 million in other channels,\u201d the report adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump won people\u2019s hearts across the country after news broke on Wednesday of his donating thousands of gallons of cleaning supplies and thirteen pallets of water during his trip to the people of East Palestine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump delivered a message of hope to the people of East Palestine, as well, telling<\/a> them they \u201care not forgotten.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Trump visited and helped Ohio, Biden, and his entire administration had yet to visit Ohio to help even once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biden instead<\/a>, of course, attacked Russian President Vladimir Putin from a speech in Poland to support Ukraine rather than supporting the American people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Biden\u2019s administration initially turned down a request for federal disaster assistance. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) told Ohio\u2019s governor they\u2019re not eligible for disaster assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once Trump announced his trip to Ohio last Friday, FEMA reversed its decision to reject a federal disaster request from Gov. Mike DeWine (R-OH).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBiden and FEMA said they would not be sending federal aid to East Palestine. As soon as I announced that I\u2019m going, he announced a team will go. Hopefully, he will also be there. This is good news because we got them to \u2018move,’\u201d Trump wrote in a statement<\/a> and a post on Truth Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 50-car train derailment occurred on Feb. 3 on a Norfolk Southern Railroad carrying vinyl chloride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
