Odds are he\u2019s back on the pipe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/huge-turn-hunter-biden-laptop-case-served-legal-papers-attorney\/\"><em><strong>Western Journa<\/strong><\/em>l<\/a>\u00a0reported:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">[A]ccording to&nbsp;<em>Fox News<\/em>, Mac Isaac (the laptop repair guy) and his lawyer, Brian Della Rocca, sat down and explained exactly what took place the week before Hunter\u2019s round of allegations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The White House resident\u2019s son was served with legal papers notifying him that Isaac was suing him for defamation, as the\u00a0<em>New York Post<\/em>\u00a0reported:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">[F]or falsely insisting that the laptop was not his, that it had been stolen or that his information had been hacked.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Della Rocca told\u00a0<em>Fox News<\/em>\u00a0host Tucker Carlson on Thursday:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">It was very difficult to find where he was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">You know, he was in D.C. for a couple of weeks and he was moving around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Well, we finally tracked him down and we were able to serve him last week.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"M787006ScriptRootC1278309\">According to the Post, a private investigator found Hunter Biden in Culver City, California, and served him with the papers on January 27th.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Della Rocca said, referring to Lowell\u2019s letter to prosecutors:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">And now all of a sudden, we see this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">He\u2019s trying to intimidate. And it\u2019s interesting to me that this happened when it did.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Isaac\u2019s lawsuit claims he was damaged by&nbsp;Hunter Biden\u2019s refusal&nbsp;to admit the laptop was his.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">According to the Post, the suit states:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">As a direct and proximate result of the defamatory statements by HUNTER, [Mac Isaac] has suffered, and continues to suffer, substantial damages, including the loss of his business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">HUNTER had actual knowledge of the falsity of the claims and understood the high probability that injury or damage would result to [Mac Isaac] and, despite such knowledge, made the false and defamatory statement and has issued no apology to [Mac Isaac] such as would repair that damage.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Della Rocca told the Post the accusations in Lowell\u2019s letter&nbsp;fit a pattern.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">He said:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Hunter\u2019s current actions are desperate attempts to continue to blame everyone else for his own actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When Hunter signed the work order, he gave authorization to John Paul to access the information on the laptop in order to recover the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work order specifically says, \u2018[r]ecover data to store server and contact customer when complete.\u2019 He could not recover the data without accessing it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Della Rocca further explained:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The work order clearly explained that if any equipment was left in the shop for more than 90 days, it became abandoned and [Hunter Biden] agreed to hold The Mac Shop harmless for any damages or loss of property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the property was abandoned, The Mac Shop became its owner.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lowell claimed in a statement to the Post that the letters are not an admission that the laptop was owned by Hunter Biden.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">But this wasn\u2019t even a sensible lie. Did they first think about what they said?
