Is your neighborhood McDonald’s meeting the mark?
A former chef from McDonald’s provided a method for people to assess if their local preferred spot is maintaining the standards.
Mike Haracz, whose TikTok profile lists him as an ex-corporate chef for the renowned fast food chain, shared his technique in a TikTok video.
“Go into your local McDonald’s at a peak time — so heavy lunch rush, heavy dinner rush,” Haracz, of Illinois, said in his viral TikTok video.
“I need you to order 10 Quarter Pounders with cheese, and you could add some changes to those burgers as well,” the former McDoanld’s chef continued.
“Bring some friends. It’s gonna be a little expensive,” he joked.
In a conversation with Fox News Digital, Haracz mentioned that his assessment could be influenced by “variety of things”.
“‘If you can get your complete order in under five minutes, and all of the ingredients or adjustments that you request are accurate, you are at a good McDonald’s,” he said in his video — which has racked up over 75,000 views.
“If they cannot handle it,” he added, “then it might not be the best-running McDonald’s. There could be other issues.”
